How long should I wear AlignStep™ each day?
Start with 15–30 minutes to get used to the feel, then gradually increase. Many customers wear it daily, especially while relaxing at home or in loose-fitting shoes.
Can I wear it inside my shoes?
Yes. AlignStep™ is compact and fits in roomy or loose shoes, such as sneakers with extra space or wide-fit shoes. For tight shoes, we recommend wearing it at home for best comfort.
Will it stay in place while walking?
The double-loop non-slip design helps keep it securely positioned on your toes. For best stability, make sure it’s properly seated and your footwear isn’t too tight.
Is this for bunions only?
Not only. It’s also helpful for overlapping toes, toe drifting and hammer toe discomfort, or for anyone wanting more toe spacing and everyday toe comfort.
Does one size really fit most?
