Super simple, remove the ZenRelief mask from any packaging and the odor bag. Make sure the product is not cold and at room temperature. Microwave starting at 30 seconds and add in 10-second increments to get the desired temperature.

Most of our customers who love Heat-Therapy microwave it for 40 seconds. that seems to be the perfect duration.

Washing Instructions

Wipe with a damp towel. Do not submerge in water. If the product gets wet, simply allow to air dry.
